We are happy to congratulate Maryanthe Malliaris and her collaborator, Saharon Shelah of the Hebrew University, on receiving the Hausdorff medal of the European Set Theory Society for their important work solving the \(\mathfrak{p}=\mathfrak{t}\) problem in the set theory of the continuum.
